Program SummaryThe Residential Standard Offer Program (RSOP) was developed to provide incentives to suppliers of energy services for the installation of qualifying energy efficiency measures at TCC residential customers' facilities. The primary objective of this program is to achieve cost-effective reduction in peak summer demand. TCC will enter into contracts for peak demand and energy savings with "project sponsors" who are typically energy efficiency service firms such as air conditioning contractors, insulation installers, lighting contractors or national energy service companies.
