2012 Program Information – Updated October 20, 2011
Registration for the 2012 TNC RSOP is open. The 2012 Program Manual is now available on Downloads/Tools.
The 2012 RSOP Workshop was held October 19, 2011. You may download the 2012 workshop presentation here:
Program Release Schedule
TNC will begin accepting applications for the 2012 RSOP according to the following schedule:

Key Changes for the 2012 RSOP
- Underserved counties have been re-defined
- Work schedules required for project sponsors completing Duct Efficiency and/or Infiltration measures
- Insulation installation certificate required on all ceiling insulation installations
- Invoices may not be submitted the first 14 days of each month
- First-time applicants must apply in Small Projects
- Changes have been made to the Duct Tool
