Program Release Schedule
TNC will begin accepting applications for the 2010 Residential Standard Offer Program according to the following schedule:

Key Features of the RSOP
A few key features of the program are:
- AEP has separate funds for large and small projects
- Small project contractors may participate by applying for as little as $250 in incentives, with no deposit
- Program Administrators may incorporate a Reservation Penalty in Small Projects
- Monthly reports are to be closed out the last day of the month
- All project sponsors wishing to install Duct Efficiency or Air Infiltration measures must submit to the program administrator within 24 hours of application submittal a document stating the step-by-step process of your testing procedures including the type of testing equipment you will be using.
Key Changes for the 2010 RSOP
- Underserved counties have been re-defined and are noted in Chapter 3.
- Revised application forms.
- Certificate of Insurance requirements have changed and are noted in Chapter 4.
- All installations must be submitted on an Invoice Report within 45 days of the installation.
- Air conditioning and heat pump deemed savings have been revised.
- Residential dwellings completed after January 1, 2008 do not qualify for the program.
- A Work Schedule is required for all multi-family projects.
- Failure to complete the prescriptive requirements will result in a total measure failure regardless of the CFM reading.
Project Sponsors are reminded to review the 2010 Program Manual in its entirety prior to submitting an application.
Notice: AEP reserves the right to incorporate any or all changes resulting from PUCT proceedings into AEP’s 2010 programs as they are approved. Project sponsors will be provided with adequate notice of any changes affecting their projects.
